Tom’s place was the perfect place four our girls trip! Plenty of space for the generations to spread out, but also good open and large shared spaces to hang together. Plenty of activities on property, but still within close driving distance to shops and restaurants. Very clean! Will keep his place in mind for next time.

WISH WE COULD LEAVE 6 STARS!! ⭐️ Tom was an incredible host every step of the way! From pre-booking to post-booking to our stay. He was a great communicator. He made sure we would have everything we needed before we arrived and during. We were celebrating my bachelorette and he made sure it was special! 🥰 The house was incredible. Everything looked exactly like the photos. The pool was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped. OH AND THE BEDS WERE SO COMFY! Seriously can’t say how much I appreciated this. Thank you! If you are looking for a great place to stay and spend a lot of time at, I highly recommend this home. One thing to note is it’s in a residential area, so driving to things is ~20 mins, but we didn’t mind because we rented a car. Can’t wait to come back! ☺️

We stayed here for our family vacation with 8 guests ranging from toddler to grandparents. The house was exactly as described and looked like the photos. The kids enjoyed the rock climbing wall and everyone enjoyed the amenities inside and out. The beds were comfortable. The hosts were always very responsive for any questions or concerns we had.

It was a fantastic property with amazing Host and activities for the whole family. There was always something fun to do, and we were able to spend quality time together while truly enjoying each other’s company. We had an incredible experience and can’t wait to come back!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The kids loved every single corner of the house, and the wide range of amenities kept everyone entertained. Even the adults had an amazing time enjoying the space and all it had to offer. It will be hard to find a better place to stay in the area, we’d absolutely come back!

This house was amazing! It was spacious, very well decorated, and perfect for a group because everyone still had their own private areas. The amenities were great and really enhanced the experience. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and lovely. Highly recommend this place!

Tom’s place was beautiful-even prettier than the photos! We had 6 adults w/ grandparents and 4 kids ranging from 4-12 and every single person loved it. The heated pool was amazing and we spent time in there every day and night and the kids loved it! Grilled in the outdoor kitchen and enjoyed the relaxing seating area. This place has something for everyone and plenty of room to spread out or be together. The yard is phenomenal including the pirates ship, and the cabanas gave it a “resort” feel!Very lovely landscaping and peaceful neighborhood close to the beach, groceries and restaurants. Everyone agrees the bedding and beds were extremely comfortable. Older kids liked the tv’s and video games. Plenty of perfectly located bathrooms. Stocked kitchen. I don’t have one single complaint. Tom and hosts communicated so well and were very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this awesome home and we hope to stay here again!

So many good things to say about this property and the host. This was a great place for a gathering of friends after Prom. There were so many fun things to do on property. Our teens had a blast. It was clean, property was well taken care of and the home and grounds were beautiful. Our kids are begging to come back next year. The host responded to questions quickly and offered clear instructions.

We had a great stay at their Airbnb. Tom and Kristin were very communicative throughout the entire process, which made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. The home itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable—perfect for our needs. We especially appreciated their flexibility in allowing us to store our luggage earlier in the day, which made our travel plans much easier. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience—would definitely stay here again!
